Now in its third year, the BlogHer Business Conference is an
annual "crash course" on best practices for reaching the most
influential and powerful consumers -- women online -- in the quickly
evolving social media world.
Attendees find themselves on fertile ground for innovative
ideas, interacting with a mix of social media experts, business
bloggers, and brand marketers who have experience building campaigns
and working in social media environments.
BlogHer Business presents case studies that look at social media
campaigns from a 360° perspective, including the insights of the
companies, agencies and targeted bloggers involved! BlogHer Business
kicks off each year with a data-driven review of the state of the
Blogosphere, based on its exclusive commissioned study focused on the
shifts in media usage among women online.
The BlogHer Business audience is comprised of several key groups:
- Brand marketers working within corporations
- Communications/PR professionals
- Media buying executives
- Business bloggers/social media consultants
This event is kept at a smaller size (150-200 attendees) to facilitate deeper discussion and more valuable networking.

BlogHer's annual conference will take place all day Friday and Saturday, July 24 & 25. Days one and two of the conference will include both general sessions and break-out sessions across multiple tracks:

Who should attend BlogHer '09?
BlogHer is open to anyone and everyone who considers themselves part of the blogosphere; BlogHer is particularly focused on highlighting the skills and talents of women who blog. All genders, ages, ethnicities, and levels of blogging experience are encouraged to attend! We promise there's something for everyone. (And in case you're curious, about 10-15% of attendees are men.)
What are the fees to attend BlogHer '09?
BlogHer '09 costs the same as BlogHer '08. Earlybird pricing is in effect through February 28, which is $99/day, or $198 for both days. Ticket price includes admission to the conference programming, breakfast, lunch, breaks, and cocktail reception. After February 28, the cost per day will be $149, or $298. Prices do not include small processing fee.
